Hiring Project Management Officer

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Project Management Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Track and report on project progress
  • Manage project risks and issues
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
  • Communicate regularly with clients and other stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role in the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with construction management software
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
