The first of its kind in Bali, OXO Townhouses Umalas started as a humble effort to design a home and lifestyle that is effortless – everything you need and nothing you don’t. The result is a group of iconic townhouses, combining European standards of living with the raw beauty of tropical lifestyle. It all started in Umalas, a lesser-known area in urban Bali where many expats, families and long-term residents prefer, and has now grown to other locations due to popularity of our signature urban tropical design.

Located in Umalas, a central area in urban Bali preferred by the expat community and long-term residents, due to its central location, proximity to Canggu, Seminyak, the beach and international schools, and its peaceful community atmosphere.
