Spaces

Three villas, three names, 400 metres from Berawa Beach. Each one is four bedrooms over two floors, 300 square metres of stone and timber around a 20 square metre infinity pool, with a garage at the front. Room by room.

Living Room

ONE OPEN FLOOR

The front door opens onto the whole ground floor at once: living, dining and kitchen in one run, with floor to ceiling glass down the pool side. An oversized sofa trimmed in natural wood anchors the room.

Dining

TABLE FOR EIGHT

A long timber table and chairs that are comfortable enough for a second bottle. It sits between the kitchen and the glass, so dinner for eight happens with the pool in view and the cook within earshot.

Kitchen

MADE FOR HOSTING

Stone counters, a full suite of appliances and enough bench space for two people cooking at once. Filtered water from the tap. Alive Whole Foods and Bokashi are minutes away for the shopping.

Bedrooms

FOUR, EACH WITH A BALCONY

Four bedrooms, each with its own balcony and floor to ceiling sliding glass, so every room gets its own patch of outside. Light in the morning, quiet at night. Sleeps eight without anyone taking the sofa.

Bathrooms

FOUR ENSUITES AND A HALF

Four ensuites and a guest toilet downstairs. Stone detailing, warm lighting and a rain shower in each, so nobody queues and nobody shares. The half bath means guests at dinner never climb the stairs.

Pool and Deck

INFINITY EDGE

A 20 square metre infinity pool and a deck built for a crowd, walled off from the lane. Sunbeds for the lazy, a long edge for the rest. Berawa Beach is 400 metres away when the pool is not enough.

TIMBER FACADE, PRIVATE GARAGE

A timber facade that gives nothing away from the street, a garage for the car and parking for the second. Past the gate, the house opens up all at once. Understated out front on purpose.

Stretchr comes to the house. A practitioner moves you through a full assisted stretch on the deck, which is what a body wants after sixteen hours in economy. Book it for the morning after you land.

Aqua Bike

IN YOUR POOL

A bike that lives underwater. Pedal in your own pool for the cardio without the sweat, the heat or anyone watching. Rented by the day and set up before you get in. Private pools only.

Home Gym

Weights, a mat, a bench and bands, delivered to your door so the morning session happens before the coffee instead of after a scooter ride. Ask when you book; it stays for your whole stay.

A scooter at the gate from the day you arrive, with helmets, a full tank and the paperwork done. Canggu, Berawa and the beach are all easier on two wheels. Book it with the room.
