Pak Wayan’s career has always been in high-end hospitality with extensive experience in opening and operating award winning hotels and resorts, such as Armani Hotel Dubai, Fairmont The Palm Dubai, The Palace Down Town Dubai, Hideaway Of Nungwi Zanzibar, Montigo Resorts, Nongsa Batam and The Seminyak Beach Resorts and Spa Bali. He has proven leadership and management skills under various working conditions, cultures and customs. He is a master in developing high performance teams by identifying, recruiting and training passionate and committed people, who ultimately represent the experience OXO stands for.
