INSPECT THE PROPERTY

Rental inspections can be busy and time consuming. This is why we always preselect properties for our tenants and offer virtual inspections to ensure that our customers find the right property without surprises and in the most effective way.

APPLY FOR THE PROPERTY

If you have found your rental property, you will need to make a rental application.  Keep in mind the property may be in high demand and getting accepted can be extremely competitive.

COMPLETE THE CONTRACT

If your application is accepted, your Rental Manager will provide you with the Standard Lease Agreement for you to review and sign. Typically, you will also be required to pay the bond before moving in. This is kept as security in case the tenant breaches any of the terms of the contract.

THE MOVE

Our team is highly experienced in helping you to get settled in your new home. We will provide you with a detailed property briefing and induction. This will include a hand-over of the property and the signing of the Condition Report.

 

We can also help you with the actual move, transport, travel or visa arrangements as required.
