On Sunday, March 9, 2025, OXO Group Indonesia and Nuanu Social Fund successfully delivered a Small Business Empowerment Workshop at OXO The Factory (OTF) in celebration of International Women’s Day. The event marked a significant milestone in community development, bringing together 20 women entrepreneurs, primarily mothers with incomes below the UMK (Minimum Wage Standard). With enthusiasm and determination, they embraced the opportunity to gain practical business knowledge and hands-on experience to help elevate their economic prospects.
For many participants, this was their first exposure to an empowerment program led by a private sector company like OXO and a social impact fund like Nuanu Social Fund. They expressed deep gratitude and excitement, emphasizing how this initiative broadened their perspectives and motivated them to pursue new business opportunities. The workshop focused on “minuman kekinian” or modern trendy beverages, a high-demand product category that appeals to a wide range of consumers across different age groups and income levels.
