Not too long ago, OXO Living had the privilege of welcoming a group of bright young minds from Bali WISE by R.O.L.E Foundation to our creative hub, OXO The Factory, for an inspiring Digital Marketing Workshop held on August 14, 2025. This initiative was part of our ongoing social impact partnership with Bali WISE, a collaboration rooted in our shared belief that empowering local talent is key to building a more sustainable and inclusive future.
Bridging Opportunity and Education
Bali WISE (Women of Indonesia Skills Education) has long been dedicated to providing education and employment opportunities for young Indonesian women, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds. Through this partnership, OXO Living aims to support this mission by sharing our professional expertise and helping bridge the gap between education and real-world experience.
During the workshop, our marketing team introduced the students to the fundamentals of digital marketing, from understanding online branding and storytelling to exploring social media strategy, analytics, and content creation. It was a dynamic, hands-on session designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and equip participants with practical skills that can open new doors in the digital economy.

Beyond the workshop itself, this initiative went a step further. As part of our commitment to fostering real opportunities, OXO Living proudly welcomed one of the Bali WISE students as a marketing intern at our company.
