The Story
The Elan by OXO is a wellbeing townhouse retreat set in the rice fields of Umalas, designed for guests who want Bali’s energy without its noise. Twenty residences, each across two floors with a private plunge pool, share a quiet lane in one of the last village neighbourhoods of the south, minutes from Canggu and Seminyak, and removed from both.
The design follows a single idea: spaces that restore. Natural materials, generous light, and layouts shaped around flow rather than show. At the heart of the property is The Space, a communal sanctuary built around a crystalline centrepiece, where a daily programme of movement, breathwork and stillness gives structure to slower days.
