This year, we chose the scenic location of Bongkasa Pertiwi, known for its beautiful landscapes and outdoor activities. The outing featured a variety of exciting activities that catered to everyone’s interests and energy levels. The key activities included:
01/ Fun Team Building Games
Our team participated in engaging and interactive games designed to foster collaboration, communication, and teamwork. These games not only boosted morale but also highlighted the importance of working together to achieve common goals.
02/ The Paintball
The paintball session was a hit, offering a thrilling and competitive environment where employees could showcase their strategic thinking and teamwork skills. It was an adrenaline-pumping experience that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
03/ Rafting
The rafting adventure provided a perfect blend of excitement and teamwork. Navigating the rapids together was an exhilarating experience that strengthened our bonds and created unforgettable memories.
Team Building and Bonding
One of the main objectives of the OXO Annual Staff Outing is to strengthen the camaraderie among our employees. The carefully planned team-building exercises helped foster collaboration, communication, and mutual respect.
