OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Sales Manager who is responsible for managing concierge services and operations. Ensures concierge services help clients with their inquiries. You and your team will be the first to meet our clients so the first impression of our company depends on your friendliness and efficiency.  

What you will bring on board: 

  • Able to show sales skills to drive profit to the company.
  • Professionally handles new leads.
  • Liaising with the marketing department for new materials, marketing reports to property owners, and packages for clients.
  • Collaborate with partner agents to close deals.
  • Work together with other departments, understanding products to give knowledge to leads.
  • Responsible to add new listings to the company’s portfolio.
  • Able to connect with clients and answer their questions regarding the products, ROI, legal, and tax with the help of the company’s tax consultant and legal.
  • Responsible for profit and loss of the company and able to find more profit stream.
  • Able to generate lead reporting.
  • Work together with marketing and agents to produce brochures & update the website on new properties.
  • Manage the concierge team’s daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Able to produce and/or revise agreements needed for the concierge department.
  • Gain knowledge of the company’s CRM system and do routine housekeeping of client’s data Performance Goals & Evaluation.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
  • Experienced in Real Estate/Property.
  • Proactivity and self-direction.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Has a can-do attitude and is detail oriented.
  • Inquisitive and professional manner.

 

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong track record in sales, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process and market trends.
